Momina Krepost has manufactured medical syringes in Bulgaria since 1966. For Amazon, the product images needed to do more than show a box. They had to communicate what buyers would receive, explain the product details and present the manufacturer's credentials clearly.

The challenge
decades of experience, a handful of images.
On a pharmacy shelf, a buyer can pick up a box, read the label and see the maker. On Amazon, they have a few images and a few seconds. For a medical product, that's where trust is won or lost.
Momina Krepost had decades of manufacturing experience to communicate through a limited number of listing images. The challenge was to present five syringe sizes consistently while making the product information accessible in seven languages.
Our approach
1. Give every image one job.
Each image answers a different buyer question: what's included, what the product's specifications are, which certifications support it and how it can be used. Together, the images turn technical product information into a listing buyers can understand at a glance.

2. Make the range look like one maker.
Five sizes could easily look like five suppliers. We gave every size the same layout, the same blue curve and the same order of images, so the whole range reads as one family from one manufacturer.

3. Show it in context.
The syringe appears in use with realistic proportions, in settings that match its intended uses, so buyers can picture it in their own hands before they order.
4. Seven languages, one visual system.
We rebuilt every headline, label and callout in English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and Polish, including a dedicated set for Belgium, within the same visual system, so each version looks native rather than translated.
